Schultz Refund & Return Policy

Returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at our customer support email support@schultzinnovation.com. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

You will have 14 days from the time the merchandise reaches you to contact us regarding a return. You must also show proof of purchase on the merchandise. The merchandise must be in it’s original packaging and in new condition.

After 14 days has gone by, you are still eligible for an exchange on an item, but will not be eligible for the refund.

Exchanges. Please contact use as soon as possible to notify us of an exchange you would like to make on any merchandise.

Shipping. Any item purchased from the Schultz Innovation Website will be shipped to the customer free of charge in the USA. This service is eligible to all customers and you will never have to pay for shipping fees. All shipping costs associated to return for exchange/refund orders must be covered by the customer.

Payment Methods. Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All forms of payment will be protected by our secure checkout. Your information will never be shared or sold to a third party site.
